As you all know ATM transaction is part of our daily routine, but it’s very annoying when you don’t get cash from ATM & also your money got debited from your account. In such a situation, normally your account would be re-funded within seven days. In the worst case, suppose if your account is not refunded, you would check with your banker. If there is no response from the bank within reasonable time, you have an option to complaint against bank. If the bank fails to prove that the transaction was successful, you are eligible to get a compensation of Rs.100/day from the date of failed transaction till the date of refund of disputed amount from the bank.
