Punjab National Bank Detects $1.8 Billion Fraud At A Mumbai Branch
Punjab National Bank on Wednesday said that the bank has detected fraud transactions worth about $1.8 billion at one of its branches in Mumbai. The bank has informed about the fraudulent transactions to the Bombay Stock Exchange or BSE. It has also forwarded the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation or CBI.
