From the panel discussion, ‘How can Social Media be used in Retail Space’ he wanted the audience to realize that content is the spinal cord for digital and that brands needed to evolve. It is very critical that they transition from advertising through publishers to becoming quasi publishers. So content creation would help them and play a critical role in the digital space.
