From the panel session about the Connected Consumer he wanted the audience to takeaway was that there was still a lot of traditional consumers in India. In order to run an effective Consumer campaign you need to basically observe, analyse and plan and then execute. It needs to be consumer focused, platform agnostic, and the messaging has to be consistent across all platforms. Stress should be more on the messaging rather than the platform. The lines are getting fuzzy between Brands vs. a Publisher vs. an Agency; there is an overlap.
