If someone claiming to be from Barclays or the police calls asking you to share personal info or bank account details, it could be a ‘vishing’ scam. Hang up, wait for the line to clear and call the number on the back of your card to report it.

We’ll never ask you to reveal your PIN or send couriers to your home to collect bank cards/PIN details.
