These voice actor audio samples have been used by Rogue Shadow VR under the Fair Use by Copyright Law codified at Section 107 of the Copyright Act. The way the audio has been used is transformative by nature, it uses no more than the original content than necessary (such as any of the original video footage by Chikichu) and has no negative effect on the market for the original work. Furthermore, the associates of Rogue Shadow VR featured in the Rogue Shadow VR video provide commentary on the re-purposed audio provided by Chikichu. Also, the Rogue Shadow VR video effectively acts as parody of the original audio content.

This video and similar video’s posted by Rogue Shadow VR have been targeted by users that have blatantly abused YouTube’s reporting system with the intention to impact the Rogue Shadow VR YouTube channel, its growth, and the YouTube creators effectiveness.

This has happened because YouTuber Chikichu (Linked above in CREDITS) has made inflammatory videos targeting Rogue Shadow VR. These videos present arguments for a copyright claims made against Rogue Shadow VR in regards to voice actor audio used from videos posted by Chikichu. These copyright claims however have since been verified as null and void for multiple reasons included the reasons stated above regarding fair use. False reports have included copyright claims as well as reports of mismatching metadata. These reports have no grounds and are malicious in nature. All metadata (Tags, description, CC, misc diologue forms) have been filled by the accountant of Rogue Shadow VR to be as accurate and true as possible to the content creators knowledge.

NOTE: Video title and keywords within as well as keywords repeated within description and tags containing [“I”, “Payed”, “An”, “Anime”, “Voice”, “Actor” (I.E. Recombined forms unrestrained) ] are effective parody of common internet meme “I Payed an Anime voice Actor to Record Some Stuff” and do not stand as statements insinuating monetary compensation towards anyone acting as a subcontracting vocal provider for any individual, institution, principality, or jurisdiction.

Any false reports made towards Rogue Shadow VR, Rogue Shadow VR video’s, or the accountants of Rogue Shadow VR will be identified as abuse of legal action with the attempt to harm the account and/or accountants of Rogue Shadow VR in multiple natures. Whereby the malicious claimants/reporters will be prosecuted and charged under penalty of law. Full compensation for damages accrued as result of these false reports will be pursued from either or both the account or accountants filing such false reports via YouTubes reporting system or the account holders thereof.
