Please follow this steps . You may get your money back if you raise complaint as soon as possible.
1. login to your facebook account or create new account if you dont have facebook account. Give your correct details while opening new FB account.
2. once you login, go to this page or click on this link .

3. select your account name
4. select ” I have a question about a payment”
5. select “Others”
6. In description type your problem. for example, your information address etc, transaction date, trasaction amount , currency, credit card details last and first 4 digit , credit card bank name,

8. Check your ‘Inbox’ of facebook account regularly . Facebook support team will send you message for further information and resolutions if any.
9. to check message , open facebook.com – login with your id – click on ‘?’ on top right – click on “Support Inbox”
10. When facebook support ask details about your credit card, give details and send.
– Select option “No, this transaction is not done by my ad account”
– select payment method “Credit card”
– enter facebook email id or facebook account id
– enter credit card first 6 digit , and last 4 digit
– enter Date and amount
– enter problem description again
– send
11. Facebook will investigate and refund amount withing 4-5 working days.
